<div>We are looking for a Sr. Manager Financial Reporting &amp; Analysis for a leading Hotel Group.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Job Profile:</strong></div><div>Senior Manager – Financial Reporting &amp; Analysis, reporting into the Vice President Finance of the company, and responsible for financial reporting, analysis and statutory audits under the IndAS formats.</div><div>Financial Reporting of quarterly &amp; yearly standalone and consolidated results of the company as per IndAS and quarterly reporting of Indian results to the group at Canada.</div><div>Includes KPI, variance analysis and adopt a leadership role in driving accounting policies and procedures across the organization having two business verticals of Resorts Business and Membership Business.</div><div>This role is also key interface to secretarial requirements and taxation requirements of the company.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Requirements:</strong></div><div>Chartered Accountant with 5 years of relevant experience</div><div>Hospitality experience preferred</div><div>Person should be familiar with accounting on ERP systems (Oracle Netsuite preferable), and should take a lead in handling statutory auditors of the company.</div><div>Exposure to establishing controls and internal controls for ICFR is essential for this role.</div>
