<div>We are looking for a Human Resource Generalist for a leading PR Agency.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>Job Profile:</div><div>Ownership of HRMIS, data, reports, leave management, audit, payroll, entire employee life cycle management</div><div>Implementation of Rewards and Recognition program</div><div>Schedule and own skip level discussions with CEO and VPs and ensure actionables are closed</div><div>Conduct employee engagement activities as per the planned calendar and drive internal communications.</div><div>Manage Employee Wellness Program and POSH compliance</div><div>Manage junior to mid level hiring through direct applicants, consultants and social media posts</div><div>Work to build candidate onboarding and smooth onboarding</div><div>Support to all organizational initiatives - Great Places to work survey, offsite and other interventions</div><div><br></div><div>Requirements:</div><div>4 to 7 years of experience in HR in a services oriented industry</div><div>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</div><div>Ability to manage multiple internal stakeholders and navigate situations with a solution oriented approach</div><div>Eye for detail, ability to multitask and proficiency with MS office</div><div>Self driven and motivated and ability to work within tight deadlines</div>
