<div>We are looking for an AM Taxation for a leading Hospitality Group.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Job Profile:</strong></div><div>GST Compliance:</div><div>Monitor and ensure timely and accurate GST registration, returns filing, and reconciliation.</div><div>Stay up-to-date with GST laws, rules, and regulations, and communicate relevant changes to the finance team.</div><div>Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary data for GST filings and ensure its accuracy.</div><div>Handle GST audits, assessments, and inquiries from tax authorities.</div><div>TDS Compliance:</div><div>Oversee the TDS deduction process for payments made to vendors, contractors, and other parties.</div><div>Ensure timely deposit of TDS with the tax authorities and issuance of TDS certificates to deductees.</div><div>Validate TDS deductions as per applicable rates and provisions.</div><div>Respond to TDS-related notices and queries from the tax authorities.</div><div>Reconciliation and Reporting:</div><div>Conduct regular reconciliations of GST and TDS ledgers with the books of accounts.</div><div>Prepare and submit periodic GST and TDS reports to the management and relevant authorities.</div><div>Analyze tax-related data and provide insights to assist in financial decision-making.</div><div>Maintain accurate records and documentation related to GST and TDS activities.</div><div>Compliance Advisory:</div><div>Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on GST and TDS matters.</div><div>Review contracts and agreements to ensure proper tax compliance.</div><div>Collaborate with legal and finance teams to address any tax-related issues or concerns.</div><div>Process Improvement:</div><div>Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy in GST and TDS compliance.</div><div>Implement best practices and stay informed about industry trends in tax compliance.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Requirements:</strong></div><div>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, CA Inter / ICWA Inter</div><div>Proven experience (typically 3-5 years) in GST and TDS compliance and reporting.</div><div>In-depth knowledge of GST laws, rules, and regulations.</div><div>Familiarity with TDS provisions and its practical implications.</div><div>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</div><div>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.</div><div>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.</div><div>Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite.</div><div>Prior experience with tax audits and dealing with tax authorities is a plus.</div>
