<div>We are looking for an Architect for a B2B Construction Platform.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Job Profile:</strong></div><div>Read and review architectural/technical drawings.</div><div>Ensure that the architectural aspects of the project are in accordance with the project goals and client requirements.</div><div>Take ownership of the design process and provide design solutions that meet the project requirements.</div><div>Supervise the development of architectural design from concept to completion.</div><div>Ensure that the project meets all applicable codes, regulations, and standards.</div><div>Review and approve all design and construction documentation.</div><div>Participate in client and stakeholder meetings to ensure that all design requirements are met.</div><div>Collaborate with other architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.</div><div>Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and support staff.</div><div>Keep up-to-date on new design trends and emerging technologies.</div><div>Participate in design competitions to build the firm’s portfolio.</div><div>Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and industry professionals.</div><div>Travel to project sites as needed.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Requirements:</strong></div><div>BE/B.Arch degree.</div><div>6-8 years of experience in an architectural role, with at least 2-3 full cycle similar projects completed.</div><div>Must have atleast 1-2 full life cycle project experience.</div><div>Must have experience working with high end luxury brands (Retail/Luxury/Hotels)</div><div>Excellent knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and regulations.</div><div>Experience working with international designers/architects is preferred.</div><div>Strong communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills.</div><div>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.</div><div>Strong technical skills, including proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.</div>
