<div>We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Financial Reporting &amp; Analysis for a leading Oil &amp; Gas Company.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Job Profile:</strong></div><div>Responsible for financial reporting, analysis and statutory audits</div><div>Financial Reporting of quarterly &amp; yearly standalone and consolidated results of the company</div><div>Includes KPI, variance analysis and adopt an independent role in driving accounting policies and procedures.</div><div>Preparing and reviewing Financials on monthly basis for submission and reporting</div><div>Preparing the Annual Budgets, Long Term Plans, &amp; Strategic Plans for the company</div><div>Manage the working capital requirements in co-ordination with bankers with fund based limits</div><div>Optimizing the funds by monitoring weekly cashflows</div><div>Implemented Internal financial Controls by helping consultants for drafting the RCM’s and SOP’s</div><div>Statutory audit</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Requirements:</strong></div><div>Chartered Accountant with 2-4 years of relevant experience</div><div>Manufacturing experience is a must</div><div>Person should be well versed with accounting on S4Hana and should take a lead in handling statutory auditors of the company</div><div>Exposure to establishing controls and internal controls for ICFR</div><div>Experience in Foreign reporting is a plus</div>
