We are supporting a global market-leading organisation in appointing a Senior Manager Channel Sales to lead and develop its partner and distribution network in Germany.
This senior commercial role is responsible for channel strategy, partner development and sales execution, with a focus on increasing market share, revenue and sustainable profitability.
Key Responsibilities

Your Profile

Extensive experience in channel, partner, distribution or indirect sales.
</li>

Proven record of growing revenue through partner ecosystems.

Strong strategic planning, forecasting and business-development skills.

Commercial and financial acumen, including profitability and ROI.
</li>
<li>
Excellent negotiation, influencing and stakeholder-management skills.
</li>
<li>
Experience leading sales or commercial teams.
</li>

Ability to succeed within an international matrix organisation.
</li>

Relevant degree and substantial professional experience.
</li>

Experience in automotive aftermarket, mobility, industrial technology, engineered products or another sophisticated B2B environment would be advantageous.
