<div>Responsibilities:</div><ul><li>Develop and execute the overall production strategy for the company's portfolio of large-scale multiplayer games.</li><li>Lead and manage a team of producers, project managers, and coordinators, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.</li><li>Collaborate with other departments, including game design, art, programming, and product management, to ensure that production aligns with the project goals and business objectives.</li><li>Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within scope.</li><li>Implement and enforce production processes, methodologies, and best practices to optimize development efficiency and ensure the highest quality standards.</li><li>Manage risks and contingencies, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues and roadblocks.</li><li>Foster a culture of cross-functional collaboration, transparency, and open communication within the production team and across the organization.</li><li>Continuously improve production processes and workflows through feedback, retrospectives, and performance metrics.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams and external partners, such as outsourcing vendors, to ensure the timely delivery of all game assets, including 3D models, animations, textures, and levels.</li><li>Manage the development and integration of game systems, such as networking, matchmaking, and server architecture, to support large-scale multiplayer experiences.</li><li>Oversee the creation and execution of quality assurance (QA) plans, including playtesting, bug tracking, and performance optimization.</li></ul><div> </div><div>Skill sets:</div><ul><li>Strong understanding of game production methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall, and project management tools, such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project.</li><li>Proven experience in managing large-scale game development projects, including 3D multiplayer games, from concept to launch.</li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and risk management abilities.</li><li>Ability to balance creative vision, business objectives, and technical constraints when making production decisions.</li><li>Knowledge of game development pipelines, tools, and technologies, such as Unity, Unreal Engine, or version control systems like Git.</li><li>Familiarity with game monetization strategies, live operations, and player retention techniques.</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and agile development environment.</li><li>Experience in managing relationships with external partners, such as outsourcing vendors and platform holders.</li></ul>
