<div><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Responsibilities:</span></div><ol><li>Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the gaming portfolio.</li><li>Lead and manage a team of product managers, analysts, and designers to deliver exceptional gaming experiences.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, art, design, marketing, and user acquisition, to ensure alignment on product goals and priorities.</li><li>Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product success and inform decision-making.</li><li>Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user research to identify trends, opportunities, and user needs.</li><li>Develop and maintain product documentation, including feature specifications, user stories, and user flows.</li><li>Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including post-launch support, updates, and continuous improvement.</li><li>Ensure timely delivery of product milestones and releases while maintaining high quality standards.</li><li>Define and prioritize game features, mechanics, and monetization strategies to maximize user engagement, retention, and revenue.</li><li>Develop and implement live operations strategies, including events, promotions, and content updates, to drive ongoing player engagement.</li><li>Oversee the creation and balancing of game economies, including virtual currencies, in-game items, and pricing strategies.</li></ol><div><br></div><div><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Skill Sets:</span></div><div><br></div><ol><li>Strong understanding of game design principles, monetization strategies, and player psychology.</li><li>Familiarity with gaming industry trends, platforms, and market dynamics.</li><li>Experience with data-driven decision-making, including the use of analytics, A/B testing, and user research.</li><li>Proficient in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and levels.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to adapt to change and manage uncertainty.</li><li>Experience with agile development processes, such as Scrum or Kanban.</li><li>Knowledge of game development technologies, such as Unity, Unreal Engine, or other proprietary engines.</li><li>Familiarity with business and financial models, including cost projections, revenue forecasting, and ROI analysis.</li><li>Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of player motivations and preferences.</li></ol>
