Role Overview
The Head of Learning &amp; Development (L&amp;D)&nbsp;will be responsible for building and leading ProcDNA’s capability development function from the ground up. This leader will design a structured, multi-year learning roadmap, manage content and delivery, and build a high-performing internal training team.
This is a full-time leadership role&nbsp;based in India (Delhi or Pune) with frequent travel to the U.S. The leader will be empowered to hire and manage a team of 10+ learning professionals&nbsp;over time, creating a scalable L&amp;D function that supports ProcDNA’s growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities
1. Program Design
<ul>
<li>Partner with ProcDNA’s leadership team to define clear learning pathways and competency frameworks across levels — Analyst, Senior Analyst, Team Lead, Senior Team Lead, Engagement Lead, Senior Engagement Lead, etc.</li>
<li>Build a structured, multi-year training roadmap covering the first six years of an employee’s career at ProcDNA, ensuring a progressive blend of technical, analytical, business, and leadership skill development.</li>
</ul>
2. Training Calendar &amp; Delivery Rhythm
<ul>
<li>Develop and manage a comprehensive annual training calendar, detailing content, trainers, cadence, and delivery mechanisms.</li>
<li>Identify internal and external trainers to conduct sessions across domains such as data science, technology, communication, consulting skills, and leadership.</li>
</ul>
3. Trainer Recruitment &amp; Development
<ul>
<li>Build a network of qualified trainers, ensuring timely content readiness and alignment with ProcDNA’s quality standards.</li>
<li>Trainers will likely include experienced leaders within ProcDNA&nbsp;who bring deep expertise in pharmaceutical analytics, consulting, and technology domains — while also leveraging external trainers&nbsp;where specialized knowledge adds value.</li>
<li>Support and coach trainers to deliver engaging, relevant, and outcome-driven programs.</li>
</ul>
4. Execution &amp; Governance
<ul>
<li>Oversee the end-to-end execution of the L&amp;D program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.</li>
<li>Establish measurement frameworks for learning effectiveness and business impact.</li>
<li>Continuously refine and improve the training architecture based on feedback and evolving company needs.</li>
</ul>
5. Team Leadership
<ul>
<li>Build and lead an internal L&amp;D team of 10+ professionals&nbsp;responsible for program coordination, content design, delivery, and analytics.</li>
<li>Foster a culture of continuous learning, ownership, and innovation within the organization.</li>

Qualifications

<li>Strong understanding of learning design, capability building, and training program management.</li>
