This includes managing our community spaces, planning offline events and leading other community initiatives. It is important our community manager be knowledgeable about our industry (options trading) and be willing to remain up-to-date on the latest industry developments. You should be a ‘people person’ with experience in driving promotional events and the ability to moderate online and offline conversations.</div><div><strong>You will:</strong></div><ul><li>Manage community spaces like WhatsApp and Telegram day-to-day</li><li>Use our community to test engagement ideas you identify</li><li>Plan and host online events like Webinars and AMAs on the brand &amp; industry topics</li><li>Organize and lead offline events to boost brand awareness</li><li>Create content (both informal and formal) as part of community engagement calendar</li><li>Identify, track and report relevant community metrics</li><li>Build a working understanding of our industry and business processes</li><li>Address any issues raised by the community to you, confidently and empathetically</li></ul><div><br></div>
