If you keep up with broking industry and understand business needs, we believe we'll make a great team working together.</div><br><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><ul><li>Maintain real-time accurate record of all accounting and finance transactions in books of accounts</li><li>Ensuring real-time Bank reconciliations</li><li>Co-ordination with consultants, exchanges, and regulators</li><li>Ensuring timely vendor payments</li><li>Preparation of various reports for internal and external stakeholders</li><li>Assistance in getting timely tax returns and filings done for the Broking arm</li><li>Improvising existing finance &amp; accounting processes by continuously making it efficient and getting in automation</li><li>Assistance in exchange and regulatory audits and inspections</li><li>Experience in Finalization and closing of Books of Accounts</li><li>Handling Quarterly Audit process</li><li>Preparation of process notes and Standard Operating Procedures for all Finance and Accounts related processes</li><li>Assistance in Budgeting and variance analysis</li><li>Co-ordinating internally to collect data required for analytical purposes</li><li>Preparation of reports as required time to time</li><li>Securing financial information by completing database back-ups</li></ul><br><strong>Qualifications:</strong><ul><li>Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance</li><li>Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role</li><li>Strong understanding of accounting principles and processes</li><li>Knowledge of broking industry and business needs</li><li>Proficiency in using accounting software</li></ul>
