Job Overview
We are seeking a creative, proactive, and result-oriented Marketing Executive with 2–3 years of experience to take ownership of marketing activities across multiple projects and business initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, paid advertising, market research, competitor analysis, content, and brand growth, along with a strong mindset for innovation and experimentation.
Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute end-to-end marketing strategies for multiple projects, products, and business initiatives
</li>
<li>
Conduct market research, industry research, customer research, and competitor analysis
</li>
<li>
Analyze competitors' marketing strategies, branding, campaigns, content, positioning, and digital presence
</li>
<li>
Manage and grow social media channels including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms
</li>
<li>
Plan, create, and coordinate social media content, posts, reels, creatives, videos, and promotional campaigns
</li>
<li>
Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms
</li>
<li>
Monitor campaign performance, leads, engagement, conversions, ROI, and other marketing metrics
</li>
<li>
Develop and execute lead generation and customer acquisition campaigns
</li>
<li>
Identify new marketing channels, trends, platforms, and growth opportunities
</li>
<li>
Generate innovative marketing ideas and experiment with new strategies to improve brand visibility and business growth
</li>
<li>
Work closely with Sales, Business Development, HR, Product, and Management teams
</li>
<li>
Manage website marketing requirements, landing pages, content updates, and basic SEO initiatives
</li>
<li>
Plan and execute content marketing, email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and other promotional activities
</li>
<li>
Coordinate with designers, content creators, agencies, and external marketing resources
</li>
<li>
Track emerging marketing trends, AI tools, technologies, and new customer acquisition strategies
</li>
<li>
Prepare market research, competitor analysis, campaign performance, and marketing reports
</li>
<li>
Take end-to-end responsibility for assigned marketing projects—from research and ideation to execution, optimization, and reporting
</li>
