<p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p>
<p>We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer to join our Turnkey 5.0 team based in Tiruchirapalli. The ideal candidate will possess 4-5 years of proven experience in managing all aspects of site execution, project coordination, billing processes, and manpower handling. This role demands strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to ensure the successful and timely completion of projects while adhering to quality and safety standards.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>
<div><strong>Site Management:</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>Oversee all on-site activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.</li>
<li>Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site personnel to ensure smooth workflow and efficient resource utilization.</li>
<li>Monitor progress against the project schedule and proactively identify and address potential delays or issues.</li>
<li>Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with standards.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate site records, including progress reports, material inventory, and safety logs.</li>
</ul>

<li>
<div><strong>Project Management:</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>Assist the Project Manager in the overall planning, execution, and closure of projects.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and track milestones.</li>
<li>Coordinate with internal teams (design, procurement, etc.) to ensure timely delivery of inputs and resources.</li>
<li>Identify and manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.</li>
<li>Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.</li>
</ul>

<li>
<div><strong>Billing:</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>Manage the project billing process, including the preparation and submission of invoices.</li>
<li>Verify contractor and vendor bills against work completed and contractual agreements.</li>
<li>Track project costs and ensure adherence to the budget.</li>
<li>Address billing-related queries and discrepancies in a timely manner.</li>
</ul>

<div><strong>Manpower Handling:</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>Plan and allocate manpower resources effectively to meet project requirements.</li>
<li>Supervise and guide site teams, ensuring adherence to work instructions and safety protocols.</li>
<li>Monitor team performance and address any performance-related issues.</li>
<li>Coordinate with HR for recruitment, training, and other manpower-related activities.</li>

<li>Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, including clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.</li>
<li>Organize and participate in project meetings.</li>

<h3>Requirements</h3>

<li><strong>Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).</strong></li>
<li><strong>Minimum of 4-5 years of progressive experience in site management and project execution, preferably in a turnkey project environment.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Proven experience in managing billing processes and cost control.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Demonstrated ability to effectively handle and supervise manpower resources.</strong></li>
<li><strong><span class="citation-0">Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.</span></strong></li>
<li><strong><span class="citation-0 citation-end-0">Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.1</span></strong></li>
<li><strong>Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Knowledge of relevant industry codes and standards.</strong></li>
