We’re seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer (Python AI/ML)&nbsp;to join our mission of building a next-generation&nbsp;AI-powered chatbot testing platform. In this role, you’ll design and develop intelligent systems leveraging&nbsp;Generative AI, LLMs, and advanced NLP&nbsp;to revolutionize how conversational AI is tested and validated. Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Design, implement, and maintain components of a&nbsp;Generative AI-powered chatbot testing application.</li>
<li>Develop and optimize&nbsp;Python-based APIs&nbsp;and services using Django or Flask.</li>
<li>Collaborate with team members to design system architecture covering&nbsp;NLU, NLG, and dialogue management.</li>
<li>Integrate and experiment with&nbsp;LLMs and other AI/ML models&nbsp;to improve testing accuracy, coverage, and intelligence.</li>
<li>Ensure the&nbsp;performance, scalability, and robustness&nbsp;of backend systems through testing and optimization.</li>
<li>Work cross-functionally with&nbsp;product managers, designers, and fellow engineers&nbsp;to translate requirements into well-engineered features.</li>
<li>Contribute to discussions around&nbsp;technical design, code reviews, and continuous improvement.</li>
<li>Research emerging trends in&nbsp;Generative AI, NLP, and chatbot development, and apply relevant findings to enhance product capabilities. </li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.</li>
<li>7+ years of professional experience in software development with a strong focus on Python and machine learning.</li>
<li>2+ years of hands-on experience with&nbsp;Generative AI,&nbsp;LLMs, or similar large-scale AI systems.</li>
<li>Solid experience developing&nbsp;Python APIs&nbsp;using Django and/or Flask.</li>
<li>Good understanding of&nbsp;machine learning and NLP&nbsp;concepts such as NLU, NLG, and dialogue systems.</li>
<li>Experience working with&nbsp;cloud services&nbsp;(AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.</li>
<li>Familiarity with CI/CD, version control, and writing high-quality, production-ready code.</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a passion for working on real-world AI applications.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in a fast-paced Agile environment.</li>
