We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Sr. Technical Lead (Full Stack) to lead our&nbsp;engineering team and drive development across our web applications built using Laravel, PHP,&nbsp;React.js, and all running on AWS infrastructure.This role demands both technical leadership and active coding, with a strong emphasis&nbsp;on scalability, security, and cloud-native architecture. You will play a key role in shaping our&nbsp;technical direction, ensuring code quality, and mentoring the development team.

Required Skills &amp;amp; Qualifications
<ul>
<li>10+ years of professional experience in software development and system architecture.</li>
<li>Hands-on coding expertise of the following: &nbsp;PHP, React.js.</li>
<li>Strong experience with AWS: infrastructure design, deployment, and management.</li>
<li>Deep understanding of scalable architecture, RESTful APIs, and system integration.</li>
<li>Strong grasp of application security principles (OWASP, IAM, secure coding, etc.).</li>
<li>Experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.</li>
<li>Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization tools.</li>
<li>Solid experience with version control systems (Git) and automated testing.</li>
<li>Excellent communication, decision-making, and leadership skills.</li>
