Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager&nbsp; who can drive execution across multiple product lines while bringing structure and clarity to a growing organization. This role requires someone who can balance speed with process, enabling teams to deliver consistently as complexity increases. 
Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery across multiple products and cross-functional teams
</li>
<li>
Establish and evolve scalable project management frameworks and best practices
</li>
<li>
Drive planning, prioritization, and execution across parallel workstreams
</li>
<li>
Partner with engineering and product leadership to align on delivery goals and timelines
</li>
<li>
Identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies early, and drive resolution proactively
</li>
<li>
Implement tracking mechanisms, dashboards, and reporting for delivery visibility
</li>
<li>
Manage cross-team dependencies and ensure smooth coordination
</li>
<li>
Enable high-quality execution while maintaining agility in a fast-paced environment
</li>
<li>
Facilitate clear communication across stakeholders at all levels
</li>
<li>
Continuously improve delivery processes and team efficiency 
</li>

Required Skills &amp; Qualifications
<ul>
<li>
8–10 years of experience in project/program management in tech or product organizations
</li>
<li>
Proven experience managing multiple teams or product streams
</li>
<li>
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid models)
</li>
<li>
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
</li>
<li>
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
</li>
<li>
Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar 
</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications
<ul>
<li>
Experience in SaaS / Telecom / B2B technology environments
</li>
<li>
Prior exposure to scaling teams or products in a high-growth setup
</li>
<li>
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications (nice to have)
</li>
</ul>
