The ideal candidate does not need experience with SAP Business One, but does need a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Applications, or a related field, as well as demonstrate that they meet the skills and qualifications below.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></div><div>1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Requirement gathering: seek out client input in a structured manner to better understand needs and develop ideas for how to meet those need.</div><div>2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Data cleaning: extract data from previous ERP, clean the data, and spot-check for accuracy.</div><div>3.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;System configuration: understand the configuration aspects of the various </div><div>4.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;SAP modules and setup the modules and configure related settings.</div><div>5.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Customer support: provide customer support primarily via Support Portal but also via live training as needed. The following is a typical growth path:</div><div><strong><u>Functional Consultant Trainee (Year 1):</u></strong> Month 0 to 3: complete Dealersoft’s internal certification courses to demonstrate that you understand our software and industry. Month 3 to 12: assist our Senior Functional Consultants with all aspects of software implementation, maintenance, and customer support.</div><div><strong><u>Junior Functional Consultant (Year 2):</u> </strong>In year 2, you will be given tasks to complete implementation and support tasks with much less supervision from Year 1. </div><div><strong><u>Senior Functional Consultant (Year 3):</u></strong> You will be able to complete tasks with almost no supervision and as such will be traveling internationally to help with implementation and customer training. </div><div><strong><u>Management Consideration (Year 4):</u></strong> Depending on the needs of the organization as well as your demonstrated management capabilities, the next step is to become a manager or Project Lead.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications</strong></div><div style="text-align: justify;">·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Business, Computer Applications, or a related field.
