Responsibilities:

Sciometrix is seeking a Clinical Compliance Specialist to join our clinical operations team.

<ul>
<li>Updating and ensuring the accuracy of patient health records by adding new information about diagnoses, procedures, medications, and other relevant data by listening the recorded patient calls.</li>
<li>Clinical Screening - Conduct clinical screenings to determine CCM eligibility,&nbsp;</li>
<li>Utilize the EHR to document screening findings and eligibility status.</li>
<li>Collaborate with care coordination teams to transition eligible patients into the CCM program</li>
<li>Stay updated on medical terminology, procedures, and treatment protocols to ensure accuracy and consistency in transcriptions</li>
<li>Reviewing medical records to ensure they are complete and accurate.</li>
<li>Diagnosing medical conditions based on symptoms presented in the medical record.</li>
<li>Performing administrative tasks such as typing reports and maintaining databases.</li>
</ul>

Skills and experience :
<ul>
<li>Post graduate(Nursing) mandatory</li>
<li>5-10 Years over all experience( Registered nurse experience: 5 years)</li>
<li>2 Years clinical experience ( Bed side)</li>
<li>Experience of US Health care systems is a mandatory requirement.</li>
<li>Experience in Hospital Management System or Hospital Information System experience.</li>
<li>Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards in handling sensitive patient information.</li>
<li>Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of patient information by adhering to HIPAA regulations and privacy policies.</li>
<li>Excellent English professional writing skills; including advanced proficiency in grammar and spelling.</li>
<li>Excellent communication &amp; listening skills</li>
<li>Ability to understand diverse accents and dialects of physicians, their staff and patients.</li>
<li>Familiarity with medical terminologies &amp; medical summarization.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently in a secure and private location with a reliable high-speed internet connection.</li>
<li>Ability to participate in live video chat and screen sharing sessions for training.</li>
<li>Experience with the Microsoft Office 365 or other cloud-based productivity tools.</li>
</ul>
