We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Talent Specialist with a strong background in US Healthcare recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, maintaining recruitment trackers, ensuring timely communication with stakeholders, and meeting defined KPIs and hiring targets. Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment &amp; Sourcing

Required Qualifications &amp; Experience

Familiarity with US time zones and healthcare compliance requirements. Shift - 5 - 2:30 am IST
