Ensure excellent usage of the product capabilities before handing over to the Support team. Review all Implementation project plans, identify and mitigate the risks and work with the project managers/Leads to manage them closely for successful Go Lives. Monitor project progress throughout the project life cycle, communicate project status effectively to senior management through reports, presentations, and individual meetings. Build and provide direction to project teams, create and foster communication among team members. Manage Kick- off Meetings Responsible for efficient and appropriate resource allocation. Ensure that the team has all required competencies and is well trained.
