Key Responsibilities Progressive approach for a B2C focused plan both on financial gain and customer satisfaction in liaison with the Objectives set by the Business Manager. Well experienced in understanding & handling customer queries with quick resolution time.Generating and converting sales leads. Build and maintain a sanitised Customer Data Base.Take charge of pricing, invoicing, payments and making sales invoices, till product delivery. Ensure smooth end to end execution with a successful closure.Dedicated as an after-sales support and building a long-term relationships with new and existing customers.Contacting potential clients through cold calls, emails, Focused follow ups on all leads received through different channels.
