<div><span style="color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.9);">Overview</span></div><div><br></div><div><span style="color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.9);">This is a&nbsp;remote&nbsp;(work-from-home) position, open to&nbsp;anywhere&nbsp;in the&nbsp;Canada.</span></div><div><br></div><div><span style="color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.9);">Your role is&nbsp;key&nbsp;to ensuring that all 'small format' information is accessible and up to date for those who rely on it.</span></div><div><br></div><div><span style="color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.9);">You will create reports,&nbsp;analyze data&nbsp;and build&nbsp;PowerBI&nbsp;reports, that&nbsp;drive&nbsp;expansion in the CPG industry.</span></div><div><br></div><div><span style="color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.9);">Responsibilities</span></div><ul><li>Use Data Analytic tools &amp; reports to conduct a needs analysis, determine project scope and specifications. Identify solutions and make recommendations to the Client/Customer. Be recognized as a subject matter expert in the Retail Strategy in the CPG Industry.</li><li>Integrate syndicated data demographics information into all reviews and/or presentations where applicable. Utilize and understand IRI, Spectra and ACNielsen syndicated scanning data and systems</li><li>Identify opportunities to develop or participate in the development of new report templates, tools and data sources for internal and external clients.</li><li>Identify and create documentation/best practices/communication tools to be utilized in the successful execution and management of data.</li><li><br></li></ul><div><span style="color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.9);">Qualifications</span></div><div><br></div><div><span style="color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.9);">Education Requirements:</span></div><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree</li><li><br></li></ul><div><span style="color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.9);">Work Experience Requirements:</span></div><ul><li>1 – 2 years of related work experience</li><li>Must have prior work experience in data analysis and systems and demonstrate a fundamental knowledge of the technology involved to operate and maintain these systems.</li><li><br></li></ul><div><span style="color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.9);">Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements:</span></div><ul><li>Must have a high degree of proficiency in Windows and related software applications including, but not limited to Excel, Word, PowerPoint, IRI, ACNielsen, Power BI.</li><li>Must be able to effectively communicate with others.</li><li>Must possess drive to gain new skills and develop existing skills further through guided trainings and self-development tools.</li><li>Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Must be able to effectively utilize all tools required for the position including, but not limited to calculator, computer, printer, phone, tablet, software.</li></ul>
