About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Executive – Video Production with strong hands-on experience in camera operation, lighting, and audio. The primary responsibility is to independently manage the technical aspects of shoots and deliver high-quality footage.
Key Responsibilities
●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Handle camera operation, framing, composition, focus, exposure, lenses, and camera settings.
●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Set up and manage lighting for studio, outdoor, interview, product, and social media shoots.
●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Handle audio recording, including wireless lavalier, shotgun microphones, and audio recorders.
●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Plan and execute camera, lighting, and audio setups based on the creative brief.
●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Operate equipment such as cameras, lenses, tripods, gimbals, lights, softboxes, and microphones.
●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ensure consistent visual and audio quality throughout the shoot.
●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Troubleshoot technical issues and make quick decisions on set.
●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Coordinate with talent, presenters, creatives, and production teams.
●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Manage equipment, batteries, memory cards, footage, and basic file organisation.
●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Support the editing team by reviewing and organising footage after shoots.
Requirements
●&nbsp; &nbsp; 2-4&nbsp;years of experience in videography/video production.
●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong knowledge of professional cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio equipment.
●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Good understanding of cinematography, composition, exposure, and lighting techniques.
●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ability to independently manage camera + lighting + audio on a shoot.
●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Experience with studio and on-location productions.
●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Basic knowledge of Premiere Pro / After Effects skills.
Good to Have
●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Experience shooting YouTube, social media, product, corporate, and branded content.
●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Knowledge of gimbals, teleprompters, multi-camera setups, and basic colour grading.
●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Familiarity with AI-assisted video production tools.
