 Role &amp; Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Support day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, documentation, and employee record maintenance across retail locations.</li>
<li>Assist in organizing and coordinating HR events, employee engagement activities, and internal communications at store level.</li>
<li>Collaborate with store managers to gather feedback</li>
<li>Help prepare HR analytics dashboards, surveys, and reports for internal review and leadership updates.</li>
<li>Conduct field visits to stores for culture checks, and employee sentiment gathering — ensuring alignment with company values.</li>
