Seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Attorney with 5+years of relevant practice&nbsp;
Remote Locations – &nbsp;Atlanta, Birmingham, Chicago, Dallas, Detroit, Grand Rapids, Lansing, New York, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Princeton, and Washington, D.C.
*** Candidates must be members of the bar in the state where they will be practicing. ***
Key Qualifications:
<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Significant experience with Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs)</li>
<li>In-depth knowledge of ERISA and IRS compliance for 401(k) plans and ESOPs</li>
<li>Experience negotiating and drafting executive employment agreements and incentive compensation plans for both employers and executives</li>
<li>Familiarity with employee benefits issues in mergers and acquisitions, including ERISA-related due diligence and agreement review</li>
<li>Ability to advise clients on compliance with Internal Revenue Code Sections 280G and 409A</li>
</ul>
Candidates must be a member of the bar or able to waive into the state where they will be practicing
Skills;
