<p><b>Client Details:</b></p>
<p>Our client, an Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a mid-level associate to join its expanding Construction practice in either the New York or St. Louis office.</p>
<p>This is a unique opportunity for attorneys with&nbsp;3 to&nbsp;5 years (ONLY)&nbsp;of experience in real estate and/or construction transactional or litigation work to build a focused practice in high-stakes construction law.</p>
<p>The team represents major developers, owners, and contractors on significant national and international projects, offering hands-on experience across both litigation and transactional matters.</p>
<p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p>
<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Advise clients through the full lifecycle of development and construction projects, from planning through completion and operations</li>
<li>Draft, negotiate, and review construction agreements, including manuscript contracts, AIA forms, EPC, design-build, and development agreements</li>
<li>Support complex real estate and construction transactions, working with internal teams and external stakeholders</li>
<li>Conduct due diligence and legal research on project development, risk, and compliance</li>
<li>Assist in resolving disputes, including claims for delays, defects, and contract breaches, through litigation and arbitration.</li>

<p><b>Ideal Candidate Profile:</b></p>

<li>3 to&nbsp;5 years (ONLY) of sophisticated real estate or construction law experience in a law firm setting</li>
