We pride ourselves on creating pet insurance products that are transparent,</div><div>flexible, and offer value to our customers.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Role Overview:</strong></div><div><br></div><div>We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join our team.</div><div>The successful candidate will liaise with our in-house marketing department as well as white-label partners to review and approve various types of marketing and sales materials. They</div><div>will also be responsible for responding to customer complaints, drafting templates, and</div><div>managing the template library. As the role evolves, the candidate will gain more</div><div>independence to review materials and decide which items to escalate to other teams.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></div><div><br></div><div>1. Review and approve various types of sales and marketing materials in collaboration with</div><div>the marketing departments and white-label partners.</div><div>2. Draft and maintain a library of template responses to customer complaints.</div><div>3. Ability to work independently and take initiative.</div><div>7.
