Its mission is to leverage the latest technology to help in preventing devastating</div><div>wildfires, protect people and ecosystems and reduce significantly greenhouse gas emissions.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Responsibilities</strong></div><div>- Evaluate and select the most appropriate technology stack and tools for the development</div><div>of a web application, considering factors such as performance, scalability, and ease of</div><div>maintenance.</div><div>- Conduct thorough research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in GIS</div><div>technologies, web mapping solutions, and related frameworks.</div><div>- Develop and implement a state-of-the-art web app application receiving AI detecting</div><div>forest fires from images sent by drones using technologies such as Mapbox GL JS, React,</div><div>Redux, Typescript, GI, and web mapping solutions.</div><div>- Leverage expertise in JavaScript, Node.js SQL to design innovative features for the</div><div>wildfire monitoring web app.</div><div>- Implement features requiring saving pictures/videos, very often updating, text writing,</div><div>maps layering, images overlays, maps management, points of interest, and areas</div><div>displaying from GPS coordinates</div><div>- Utilize technologies like Heroku, Node.js, and OpenCV to enhance the web application’s</div><div>performance and capabilities.</div><div>- Allow the Web app to be in several languages</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Qualifications</strong></div><div>● Proven experience in Full-stack WebGIS development, with a strong portfolio showcasing</div><div>previous projects in this domain – <em>required</em>.</div><div>● Experience in React, TypeScript, cartographic APIs (ex.
