You will provide strategic support to the Sales &amp;</div><div>Marketing Director, as well as working closely with the other Sales Managers and</div><div>Marketing team to develop sales strategies for existing and new products. You will</div><div>have account management and new business responsibilities, as well as internal team</div><div>management &amp; budget responsibilities.</div><div><br></div><div><strong style="font-size: 18px;">Responsibilities</strong></div><div><br></div><div>● <strong>Sales</strong></div><div>o Identifying, engaging &amp; closing deals with European (petfood) clients, with</div><div>The objective of absorb 75% of insect meal production capacity.</div><div><span style="font-size: 14px; color: rgb(49, 49, 49);">o </span>Engaging new potential buyers, and developing and maintaining customer</div><div>relationships through strong account management to optimize sales value.</div><div>o Ensuring that NT has a highly visible presence in the European petfood &amp;</div><div>aquaculture sector, and that our value proposition and marketing</div><div>messaging is developed effectively for those clients</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Activities</strong></div><h3>Key activities will include, but are not limited to;</h3><div><br></div><div><strong>● Sales</strong></div><div><span style="font-size: 14px; color: rgb(49, 49, 49);">o </span>Develop strategies for maximizing the revenue from our production</div><div>output, with a focus on European food &amp; aquafeed, prioritizing</div><div>Customers able to commit to long-term off-take agreements</div><div>o Drafting, implementing &amp; supervising annual, quarterly, and monthly</div><div>activity plans.</div><div>o Developing leads and closing international sales, by attending</div><div>conferences &amp; expos.</div><div>o Closing and managing Key Accounts for European petfood and aquafeed</div><div>players</div><div>o Understanding the sales cycle, identifying bottlenecks and hurdles, and</div><div>developing innovative solutions.</div><div>o Management of the Project-focused budget plan and expenditure.</div><div>o Analysing sales data and taking responsibility for adapting strategies.</div><div>o Establish and closely monitor sales KPIs, and track and review efficiencies</div><div>of sales and promotional activities</div><div><br></div><div>● <strong>Others</strong></div><div>o Supporting the Marketing team in developing materials suitable for new sales</div><div>channels and customer support strategies.</div><div>o Line management of the Graphic designer and future Marketing team</div><div>members</div><div>o Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the</div><div>management from time to time either within or out of your category of</div><div>employment must perform accordingly.</div><div><br></div><div><strong style="font-size: 18px;">Requirements &amp; Person Specifications</strong></div><div><br></div><div>● Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or relevant field, Master's degree preferred.</div><div>● At least 6 years experience in sales or account management, and ideally at</div><div>least 2 years experience in managing key accounts.</div><div>● Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. SalesForce or Zoho CRM), forecasting &amp;</div><div>reporting.</div><div>● Proven results in delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals.</div><div>● Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better</div><div>solutions.</div><div>● Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively in English to non-native</div><div>English speakers, both orally and in writing, using proper grammar and</div><div>vocabulary.</div><div>● Strong computer literacy, including word processing, spreadsheets, and</div><div>presentations.</div><div>● Knowledge and experience of a multinational company is preferred.</div><div>● You must be driven by a challenge and have the agility and flexibility to adapt</div><div>to a very fast-growing company.</div><div>● You must be self-motivated and responsible enough to work independently</div><div>on large projects.</div><div>● Strong attention to detail, with a high level of self-management.</div><div>● Goal-oriented, ambitious, and target-driven.</div><div>● Encouraging team and staff; able to mentor and lead.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Reporting Lines &amp; Supervision</strong></div><div>You will report to the Sr Sales &amp; Account Manager and will work closely with the</div><div>Sales and Marketing Director, other Sales Managers, and the Marketing Team.</div><div>You will generally work from home, with an expectation for regional travel for events</div><div>and client meetings. You will be required to attend meetings and activities on-site in</div><div>Malaysia as needed.</div>
