As an integral part of our sales force, you will play a crucial role in connecting with potential clients, assessing their needs, and transferring qualified leads to our agents in the United States.</div><div></div><div>Responsibilities:</div><div></div><ul><li>Conduct outbound calls to potential clients using provided leads minimum 120 outbound calls a day.</li><li>Utilize a simple script to engage clients and ask if now is a suitable time to review their options.</li><li>Ask 23 prequalifying questions to assess client needs and preferences.</li><li>Ensure a friendly and professional demeanor while communicating with clients.</li><li>Achieve and maintain a daily quota of 4 successful transfers to our agents.</li><li>Document relevant information accurately and efficiently in a shared Google sheet.</li><li>Collaborate with the business manager to optimize strategies and achieve collective goals.</li></ul><div></div><div>Qualifications:</div><div></div><ul><li>Previous experience in phonebased sales or telemarketing.</li><li>Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
