Your primary responsibility will be to conduct outbound calls to dealers and distributors across India, discuss trade schemes, and sales targets.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul><li>Conduct outbound calls to dealers and distributors and provide them with detailed information about trade schemes.</li><li>Coordinate with sales team to roll out trade marketing campaigns</li><li>Adhere to performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to call volume and conversations</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>Candidate Qualifications:</strong></div><div>We are seeking candidates who possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to effectively engage clients over phone</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Required Skills:</strong></div><ul><li>Fluent in Hindi, and at least one South Indian language. Should be able to speak English as well.</li><li>Previous experience in tele-calling or customer service roles.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds.</li></ul>
