The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. The Executive Assistant/Secretary will play a pivotal role in maintaining smooth operations and facilitating efficient communication within the organization.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div><div><br></div><ol><li>Provide administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and arranging meetings.</li><li>Coordinate travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and transportation arrangements.</li><li>Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports as required.</li><li>Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including screening phone calls, emails, and visitors.</li><li>Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring efficient organization and easy retrieval of documents.</li><li>Assist in preparing agendas and taking minutes during meetings, as well as follow-up on action items.</li><li>Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.</li><li>Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and seminars, including logistics, catering, and materials preparation.</li><li>Perform general office duties, such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and mail distribution.</li><li>Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure seamless operations and support across departments.</li><li>Undertake ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the executive team.</li></ol><div><br></div><div><strong>Requirements:</strong></div><ol><li>Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Secretary, or similar role, preferably supporting senior executives.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate confidently and professionally with individuals at all levels.</li><li>High degree of discretion and confidentiality, with the ability to handle sensitive information appropriately.</li><li>Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.</li><li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.</li><li>Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field is preferred.</li><li>Additional certifications or training in office administration or executive assistance is a plus.</li></ol><div><br></div><div><strong>Location </strong>: Bangalore, Remote</div><div><strong>Salary </strong>: 5-7 LPA</div>
