Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager – Celonis Process Mining to lead enterprise-scale process mining initiatives. The ideal candidate will drive the adoption of Object-Centric Process Mining (OCPM), align process intelligence with SAP S/4HANA transformation, and enable data-driven optimization across business functions. This role requires strong expertise in Celonis EMS, stakeholder management, and program delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end implementation and migration to Object-Centric Process Mining (OCPM)

Align Celonis EMS platform initiatives with SAP S/4HANA transformation programs
</li>
<li>
Design and build digital twins using the Celonis Object-Centric Data Model

Define and manage program roadmap, delivery timelines, and governance frameworks
</li>
<li>
Ensure data consistency and integrity during dual-run (ECC and S/4HANA) phases
</li>
<li>
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process inefficiencies and drive optimization
</li>
<li>
Manage stakeholder communication, including executive reporting and dashboards
</li>
<li>
Drive Agile/Scrum-based delivery and continuous improvement initiatives

Lead risk management, issue resolution, and performance tracking

Required Skills &amp; Qualifications
