<li>Conduct structured behavioral + competency-based interviews to assess cultural fit, domain expertise, and performance potential.</li>
<li>Partner with hiring managers to define role profiles, success metrics, and candidate personas for rapid pipeline building.</li>
<li>Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles—from offer negotiation to onboarding coordination—ensuring 90%+ candidate satisfaction.</li>
<li>Track and report KPIs (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate) using ATS tools to optimize hiring efficiency.</li>
<li>Stay ahead of market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring moves in BFSI/Non-IT to advise clients on talent strategy.</li>
