<p><strong>Team Leader – Technical</strong> will primarily handle <strong>Techno-Commercial activities</strong> for the assigned territory in the cement industry. Below is a comprehensive Job Role and Responsibilities:</p>

<p>Key Responsibilities</p>
<ul>
<li>Drive sales and achieve monthly and annual business targets in the assigned territory.</li>
<li>Promote cement products to key stakeholders such as <strong>builders, contractors, developers, architects, structural consultants, engineers, and government departments</strong>.</li>
<li>Provide technical guidance on cement applications, concrete quality, mix design, and construction best practices.</li>
<li>Conduct site visits to monitor ongoing projects and recommend suitable cement solutions.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and channel partners.</li>
<li>Identify new business opportunities and generate demand through project tracking and market development.</li>
<li>Lead and guide the territory technical/sales team to improve productivity and customer engagement.</li>
<li>Organize mason meets, contractor meets, engineer seminars, and product demonstrations to enhance brand visibility.</li>
<li>Resolve customer complaints by coordinating with Quality, Production, and Logistics teams.</li>
<li>Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends and provide regular market intelligence reports.</li>
<li>Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy customer accounts.</li>
<li>Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, technical visit reports, and business forecasts.</li>
<li>Coordinate with marketing and commercial teams for promotional campaigns and new product launches.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and reporting procedures.</li>

<p>Key Skills Required</p>
<ul>
<li>Strong knowledge of cement technology and construction practices.</li>
<li>Excellent technical presentation and customer relationship skills.</li>
<li>Good negotiation and communication abilities.</li>
<li>Leadership and team management capabilities.</li>
<li>Project tracking and business development skills.</li>
<li>Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).</li>
<li>Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.</li>
</ul>
<p>Preferred Experience</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>6–8 years</strong> in the cement industry with exposure to <strong>Techno-Commercial/Technical Services/Sales</strong>.</li>
<li>Experience working with <strong>builders, contractors, infrastructure projects, ready-mix concrete (RMC), and channel sales</strong>.</li>
<li>Educational Qualification: <strong>B.Tech (Civil) or Diploma in Civil Engineering</strong>.</li>
</ul>
