This will include consistent interaction with clients and candidates throughout the full-cycle recruitment process. The 360 Recruiter will be required to work both independently and in a team environment.</span></div><div><span style="color: black;">&nbsp;</span><strong style="color: black;">RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></div><div><strong style="color: black;">Recruitment:</strong></div><div>o&nbsp;&nbsp;<span style="color: black;">Full-cycle recruitment for temporary and permanent job orders.</span></div><div>o&nbsp;&nbsp;<span style="color: black;">Posting jobs on a variety of job boards and social media.</span></div><div>o&nbsp;&nbsp;<span style="color: black;">Finding creative ways to source candidates.</span></div><div>o&nbsp;&nbsp;<span style="color: black;">Interviewing candidates for both permanent and temporary positions.</span></div><div>o&nbsp;&nbsp;<span style="color: black;">Coordinating client and candidate interviews, along with preparing and coaching candidates for the screening process.</span></div><div>o&nbsp;&nbsp;<span style="color: black;">Conduct reference and background checks.</span></div><div><span style="color: black;">&nbsp;</span><strong style="color: black;">Sales/Account Management:</strong></div><div>o&nbsp;&nbsp;<span style="color: black;">Selling all TOPEPI Human Resource / Recruitment services (B2B sales).</span></div><div>o&nbsp;&nbsp;<span style="color: black;">Making daily calls to clients and prospects regarding recruitment leads</span></div><div>o&nbsp;&nbsp;<span style="color: black;">Attending sales meetings with clients and prospects (Not for WFH)</span></div><div>o&nbsp;&nbsp;<span style="color: black;">Consistently working to retrieve leads for potential business</span></div><div>o&nbsp;&nbsp;<span style="color: black;">Negotiating fees, salaries, and employment packages</span></div><div>o&nbsp;&nbsp;<span style="color: black;">Maintaining strong client relationships and representing TOPEPI with integrity</span></div><div><strong style="color: black;">Other:</strong></div><div>o&nbsp;&nbsp;<span style="color: black;">Managing and utilizing the Recruitment Tracking Sheet to track recruitment activity</span></div><div>o&nbsp;&nbsp;<span style="color: black;">Training new/junior staff on various aspects of the job</span></div><div>o&nbsp;&nbsp;<span style="color: black;">Serving as a point of contact for administrative support staff as needed</span></div><div>o&nbsp;&nbsp;<span style="color: black;">Other related administrative duties</span></div><div><span style="color: black;">&nbsp;</span><strong style="color: black;">Job Requirements:</strong></div><div>o&nbsp;&nbsp;<span style="color: black;">University degree or college diploma in a related field, such as HR, Business Administration, etc.</span></div><div>o&nbsp;&nbsp;<span style="color: black;">A minimum of 1-year related experience within a recruitment and sales role</span></div><div>o&nbsp;&nbsp;<span style="color: black;">Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal</span></div><div>o&nbsp;&nbsp;<span style="color: black;">Strong and genuine self-drive and resilience</span></div><div>o&nbsp;&nbsp;<span style="color: black;">Ability to multitask</span></div><div>o&nbsp;&nbsp;<span style="color: black;">Strong computer skills and knowledge of social media</span></div><div>o&nbsp;&nbsp;<span style="color: black;">Extremely team-oriented</span></div><div>To apply to this position, please submit your resume to TOPEPI at <a href="mailto:info@topepi.in" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">info@topepi.in</a></div>
