<p>Tasks:<br>Strategic Understanding<br>Understand the broader product vision and how it serves multiple business units with distinct needs.<br>Collaborate with stakeholders to gather diverse requirements and manage expectations eUectively.<br>Partner with business analysts to guide the UX aspects of their work.</p>
<p>User-Centered Design<br>&nbsp;Apply both persona-based and Jobs-to-be-Done (JBTD) frameworks to understand user motivations and behaviors.<br>Create detailed personas and user journeys to tailor experiences for diUerent &nbsp;user segments.</p>
<p>UX Strategy &amp; Ideation<br>Frame UX challenges strategically by asking “why” and “for whom” before jumping into “how it looks.”<br>Lead creative ideation sessions and brainstorming workshops to explore innovative solutions.</p>
