The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for visual storytelling, experience in both photography and videography, and proficient editing skills. This role requires someone who is highly creative, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></div><div><br></div><div>Photography:</div><div>Capture high-quality images for various purposes including marketing, events, and product photography.</div><div>Plan and execute photo shoots, including setting up lighting, composition, and styling.</div><div>Edit and retouch photos to meet brand standards and project requirements.</div><div><br></div><div>Videography:</div><div>Plan, shoot, and produce engaging video content for a variety of platforms including social media, websites, and promotional materials.</div><div>Set up and operate video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio.</div><div>Conduct interviews and direct on-camera talent to ensure high-quality video content.</div><div><br></div><div>Editing:</div><div>Edit photos and videos using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects).</div><div>Ensure all visual content is consistent with the brand’s aesthetic and messaging.</div><div>Add graphics, special effects, and music to enhance video projects.</div><div><br></div><div>Creative Collaboration:</div><div>Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop and execute visual content that aligns with company goals.</div><div>Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas for visual storytelling.</div><div>Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Requirements:</strong></div><div><br></div><ul><li>Proven experience as a Photographer, Videographer, and Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing work in these areas.</li><li>Proficiency in photo and video editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects).</li><li>Strong understanding of visual composition, lighting, and color theory.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>A degree or certification in Photography, Film, Media, or a related field is preferred but not required.</li></ul>
