<div>Team Leader - Design</div><div><br></div><div>About the role:</div><div>Empathetic, listening, trusting your team, supporting, reachable/ approachable, inspiring, catalysing</div><div>the overall workflow, mentoring designers with relevant metrics like design inputs, communication</div><div>etc.</div><div>Responsibilities &amp; Expectations:</div><div>The role is about leading the pool of designers at the Experience Centre you’re allocated to ensure:</div><div>● To bridge the gap between the organisation &amp; the client at any point in time during the</div><div>design phase</div><div>● Designers are happy and feel balanced with their work-life</div><div>● Customers are getting a top-notch experience with respect to commitments versus</div><div>deliverables</div><div>● Design experience is top-notch with regard to the inputs provided by the designers to the</div><div>clients</div><div>● Responsible for projected revenue collection with a happy &amp; sorted conclusion</div><div>● Zero compromises towards the work quality</div><div>● Impeccable communication in writing for information, progression and design phases</div><div>● Mentor for the designers, setting strong examples on,’ How, When &amp; What to do?’</div><div>● Timely response to the designers about their concerns with the organisation</div><div>● Timely response to the clients about their open concerns within the pre-defined TAT</div><div>● Learning of the designers about ongoing, latest and upcoming design trends</div><div>● Taking care of your own projects as Lead Designer, if required with the support of Junior ID</div><div>depending upon the load count/ revenue</div><div>● To take up frequent training as per the case studies identified during escalations and hence</div><div>eliminate the repetition</div><div>● Overseeing the design process using technical expertise.</div><div>● Maintaining integrity among the team</div><div>Desired Profile:</div><div>● Diploma/ Degree in Interior Design or Architecture from a reputed institute</div><div>● Minimum 50 projects delivered in the overall experience till date accomplishing the revenue</div><div>of minimum 5 Cr order value</div><div>● Project Management/ Tracking skills</div><div>● Team Management</div>
