Role Overview
As CHRO, you will work directly with the CEO and executive team to drive strategic HR initiatives, build strong organizational capabilities, and foster a culture aligned with our mission and values. You will oversee Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Learning &amp; Development, Compensation &amp; Benefits, and Employee Experience.

Key Responsibilities

<li>Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on all people-related matters.</li>

Drive initiatives around DEI, mental well-being, and employee engagement.

Talent Management:

Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development.

Oversee recruitment strategy to hire top-tier talent at scale.

Performance &amp; Development:

Requirements
<ul>
<li>10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources; minimum 3 years as a senior HR leader.</li>
<li>Proven experience in scaling teams and leading HR in fast-paced, tech-driven or growth-stage companies.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of modern HR tech tools, talent analytics, and remote-first culture strategies.</li>
<li>Exceptional leadership, empathy, and communication skills.</li>
<li>MBA in HR or related field is preferred.</li>
