<p>The Senior CRM Executive will be responsible for managing customer relationships from booking to possession, ensuring high customer satisfaction, smooth coordination with internal teams, and timely resolution of customer queries.</p>
<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3>

<p>Act as the <strong>single point of contact</strong> for customers post-booking</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Handle <strong>customer documentation</strong>, agreements, allotment letters, and possession formalities</p>
</li>

<p>Coordinate with <strong>Sales, Legal, Accounts, Site, and Finance teams</strong> for customer-related processes</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Manage <strong>payment follow-ups</strong>, demand letters, and account statements</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Address and resolve <strong>customer queries, complaints, and escalations</strong> in a timely manner</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Maintain accurate <strong>CRM records and customer data</strong></p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Conduct <strong>handover, possession, and registration coordination</strong></p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Ensure compliance with <strong>RERA guidelines and company policies</strong></p>
</li>

<p>Prepare CRM reports and MIS for management review</p>
