<div>Role &amp; Responsibilities</div><div>• Strategically allocating budgets across various growth levers to optimize performance and ROI.</div><div>• Own revenue &amp; PnL for multiple Ecommerce Marketplaces – Secondary offtakes, primaries,</div><div>promotions, marketing visibility and operations.</div><div>• Responsible for the growth/ demand charter for the categories end to end across all channels.</div><div>• Exploring, experimenting and implementing new growth levers and ensuring both growth and</div><div>Profitability metrics are met.</div><div>• Oversee a team of marketplaces &amp; operations for multiple categories.</div><div>• Own the customer experience for brands on all online channels.</div><div>• Relationship management across all Marketplace channel partners, planning for marketing budgets</div><div>spent across channels.</div><div>• Reports to and consults with upper management and executives, as needed, to help drive strategic</div><div>organizational and platform growth.</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>Desired Experience and Skills</div><div>Education: Bachelor’s Degree, MBA preferred</div><div>Years of Experience: 6-8 years in Ecommerce</div><div><br></div>
