As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for creating and executing end-to-end social media marketing campaigns, as well as developing strategies to drive user acquisition and retention.</div><div><br></div><div>Key Responsibilities:</div><ul><li>1.Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, with the goal of driving user acquisition and retention</li><li>2.Conduct market research to identify target audiences and analyze competitor strategies</li><li>3.Develop and manage social media content calendars and ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all channels</li><li>4.Collaborate with the design team to create engaging visual content for social media platforms</li><li>5.Monitor and analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports to the team to identify areas of improvement and optimize campaigns</li><li>6.Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive user acquisition</li><li>7.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing and adapt strategies accordingly</li></ul><div>Qualifications:</div><ul><li>- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media marketing, with a track record of success in driving user acquisition and retention</li><li>- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences, algorithms, and advertising options</li><li>- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling social media content that resonates with target audiences</li><li>- Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social</li><li>- Experience with influencer marketing campaigns and managing relationships with influencers</li><li>- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative social media campaigns and strategies</li></ul><div><br></div><div>If you are passionate about social media marketing and want to join a dynamic team with an ambitious goal, UrbanMatch is the perfect place for you.
