Role Description:
Physiotherapist (Live Session)&nbsp;responsible for guiding individuals or groups through live virtual fitness sessions. Trainers design and lead routines for different fitness levels, ensuring safe and effective workouts while offering real-time feedback, motivation, and personalized support.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct 3 to 4 live workout sessions per day.
</li>
<li>
Develop weekly session plans for approval.
</li>
<li>
Follow organizational standards and protocols.
</li>
<li>
Observe clients during workouts to correct and motivate.
</li>
<li>
Share knowledge during sessions.
</li>
<li>
Occasionally conduct webinars for clients and employees.
</li>
<li>
Build positive client engagement.
</li>
<li>
Multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
</li>
<li>
Upsell, cross-sell, and renew programs to retain customers (advantageous).

Key Requirements:
