Key Responsibilities

<li>Outbound Engagement:&nbsp;Initiate warm, engaging outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce VMax’s wellness services and spark interest with confidence and authenticity.</li>
<li>CRM Management:&nbsp;Maintain detailed, real-time records of all customer interactions and ensure accurate, timely updates in the CRM system.</li>
<li>Customer Understanding &amp; Support:&nbsp;Listen actively to understand customer needs, then offer personalized insights, guidance, or swiftly escalate complex concerns to the right team.</li>
<li>Performance Excellence:&nbsp;Consistently exceed daily calling targets while maintaining a minimum 95% successful connection rate—proving reliability and resilience.</li>
<li>Feedback &amp; Insight Sharing:&nbsp;Share actionable feedback, emerging trends, and customer insights with the support and operations team to help us continuously improve.</li>
<li>Brand Representation:&nbsp;Represent VMax with professionalism, empathy, and positivity in every interaction—because wellness starts with trust.</li>

Qualifications Required
<ul>
<li>6 months&nbsp; - 1 year of experience in customer support with curiosity, energy, and a passion for helping others.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills in&nbsp;English&nbsp;and/or regional languages—especially conversational fluency and a friendly, approachable tone.</li>
<li>Basic computer literacy (MS Office: Word, Excel; CRM familiarity is a plus, but not required).</li>
<li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment: manage high call volumes, stay organized, and work independently with confidence.</li>
<li>Empathetic, patient, and genuinely eager to learn about health, wellness, and how small changes can lead to big transformations.</li>
