Role Description:
The HR Manager will lead the HR function at VMax Wellness, ensuring the organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent while supporting overall people strategy. This is an onsite leadership role based in Coimbatore, ideal for an HR professional with 12–15 years of experience. The role involves driving end-to-end talent acquisition, building strong people processes, and supporting key HR initiatives such as employee engagement, performance management, and compliance, contributing to a high-performing and motivated workforce.
Roles and Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition &amp; Recruitment
