Role Description
As a Content + Creative Lead, you will take ownership of the content and creative vertical within the Marketing department. This is an on-site leadership role in Coimbatore, ideal for a professional with 6-8 years of experience in content strategy, creative execution and team leadership. You will drive the creation, curation and amplification of compelling content across channels, aligned with VMax’s mission and business goals.
Roles and Responsibilities
Content Strategy &amp; Development

<li>Creative Direction &amp; Campaign Ideation</li>
<li>Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the design and digital teams to develop impactful creative assets and brand narratives.</li>

Key Requirements

<li>Education: Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent.</li>
<li>Experience: 6-8 years in content creation, creative leadership, or related roles within consumer-facing or digital businesses.</li>
<li>Content Strategy: Ability to define, implement and scale content strategies across multiple formats (written, visual, video).</li>
<li>Creative Execution: Strong portfolio showcasing creative work—campaigns, digital assets, storytelling, social media.</li>
<li>Team Leadership: Proven experience in leading, mentoring and managing creative or content teams.</li>
<li>Technical Proficiency: Skilled in content creation tools, video/editing tools, social media platforms and analytics.</li>
<li>Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to analyse content performance metrics, derive insights and refine strategy accordingly.</li>
