Our client, one of the most prestigious law firms in the world, is seeking a&nbsp;junior to mid-level associate&nbsp;to join its highly regarded&nbsp;Life Sciences Patent Practice&nbsp;in&nbsp;Boston.
About the Role: This role offers the opportunity to work closely with innovative clients in the biotech and pharmaceutical industries. The associate will support a wide range of intellectual property matters, including:
<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Managing and developing global&nbsp;patent portfolios</li>
<li>Drafting and prosecuting&nbsp;patent applications</li>
<li>Performing&nbsp;freedom-to-operate,&nbsp;patentability, and&nbsp;invalidity analyses</li>
<li>Assisting with&nbsp;IP due diligence&nbsp;for corporate transactions</li>
<li>Supporting&nbsp;post-grant proceedings,&nbsp;IP counseling, and&nbsp;litigation</li>

Qualifications:

<li>Background in&nbsp;Biology,&nbsp;Chemistry, or a related life sciences field;&nbsp;Ph.D. strongly preferred</li>
<li>1–4 years&nbsp;of relevant experience at a top law firm or boutique IP firm</li>
<li>Strong technical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex scientific documents</li>
<li>Excellent&nbsp;written and verbal communication&nbsp;skills</li>
