<p>Our client, a well-established Los Angeles-based law firm, is seeking a seasoned&nbsp;<strong>Labor &amp; Employment Attorney</strong>&nbsp;to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney seeking meaningful work, long-term growth, and a collegial team environment.</p>
<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>About the Role</strong></h3>
<p>The ideal candidate will have&nbsp;<strong>5+ years of labor and employment law experience</strong>, with strong writing, litigation, and case management skills. Public entity experience is a plus but not required.</p>
<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3>
<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Handle a broad range of labor &amp; employment matters—both litigation and counseling</li>
<li>Draft pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, and discovery responses</li>
<li>Manage cases from intake through trial prep, including depositions and strategy</li>
<li>Advise clients on employment issues, compliance, and risk mitigation</li>
<li>Collaborate effectively with internal legal teams and clients</li>
</ul>
<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Requirements</strong></h3>
<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Minimum 5 years of labor &amp; employment law experience (defense side)</li>
<li>Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple matters independently</li>
<li>Experience with public entity law is preferred, not required</li>
<li>Active California Bar license in good standing</li>
</ul>
