<p>Our client, a respected Los Angeles-based law firm, is seeking a skilled&nbsp;<strong>Litigation Attorney</strong>&nbsp;with a focus on&nbsp;<strong>tort law</strong>&nbsp;to join its growing team. This role offers a strong compensation package, performance-based bonuses, and a clear path for professional growth.</p>
<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Position Overview</strong></h3>
<p>The ideal candidate will have&nbsp;<strong>3–5 years of litigation experience</strong>, with a background in tort matters such as negligence, negligent hiring/supervision/retention, and premises liability.</p>

<li>Conduct depositions and prepare cases for trial</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal legal teams while managing cases independently</li>
</ul>
<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Qualifications</strong></h3>

<li>3–5 years of litigation and tort law experience</li>
<li>Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills</li>
<li>Proven ability to manage multiple active matters</li>
<li>Public entity experience preferred, not required</li>
<li>Active California Bar license in good standing</li>
